Did you know that we can log into your computer remotely, do our work and even send that work to the printer in your office so it is there waiting for you when you arrive at the office in the morning? 

Our rates are from CAD$35.00 per hour or you can choose a monthly retainer package which brings you additional savings over our regular rates.  Retainer packages are tailored to the individual client's needs starting at five hours per month.  There is an additional 10% discount for Non-Profit Organizations and Registered Charities.

A deposit of 50% is required for hourly projects prior to commencement and the balance is due upon completion.  Retainer clients are invoiced monthly in advance and payment is due upon receipt.  Retainer packages are flexible and as your business grows and needs fluctuate you may choose a retainer package for an increased number of hours.

All work is proof read and checked for spelling and grammar, however the final proofing is the responsibility of the client.

There is a charge of $35.00 for NSF cheques.  Long-distance calls, printing, faxing, postage, mileage, materials and other out of pocket expenses are invoiced to the client.

We respond to email and voicemail within three hours.  We work on a first come first served basis, unless you have a retainer contract.  Retainer clients' work takes A1 priority.
